The Lime Swallowtail Butterfly is a common and widespread swallowtail butterfly. The name refers to its host plants which are usually citrus species. Unlike most swallowtail butterflies, it does not have a prominent tail. They are native to Asia and Australia but have spread to many other parts of the world.
